On rare occasions, there may be instances where the HTS Customer Portal is offline due to an outage (planned/unplanned). You will be directed to a website as displayed above.
When the web booking portal is offline, we ask that only immediate requests are phoned to IOC - HTS on 0800 876 737 and there may be some delays with answering due to the increased call volumes.
