On rare occasions, there may be instances where the HTS Customer Portal is offline due to an outage (planned/unplanned). You will be directed to a website as displayed above. 


When the web booking portal is offline, we ask that only immediate requests are phoned to IOC HTS on 0800 876 737 and there may be some delays with answering due to the increased call volumes.
