Editing a booking

A booking can only be edited via the PTS Customer Portal if an Ambulance has not been assigned to the booking.


To edit a booking select the edit icon from the transfer overview screen. If you encounter any issues or an ambulance has already been assigned, please phone the Health Transport Operations Centre 0800 876 737.
