Cancelling a booking

If an ambulance has not yet been assigned to the transfer you can cancel the booking from the web portal by selecting the green button with a cross in it.
If you're unable to do this via the PTS Customer Portal; you will need to phone the Health Transport Operations Centre on 0800 876 737.
